Blair Hills Association Meeting

Co-President Annie Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:05

Announcements 

• Blair Hills picnic is August 1st from 12:00 - 5:00pm
• Block Captains are to distribute flyers to their neighbors
• There will be a catered taco stand at this year’s picnic 
• Please bring your favorite dish to feed 10 people
• The Lenawee Walkers are donating security
• The August meeting is cancelled due to the picnic
• Mr. Alfred Moore passed away, we send our condolences 

New Business

• Boulevard Music presents 6 free concerts on Thursday evenings at 7 pm from July 10 through August 14 in the courtyard of Culver City City Hall, More details here: http://boulevardmusic.com/livemusic/526.html
• There is a new construction project on Jefferson and La Cienega, the project might affect the views from some of the homes in Blair Hills, residents are encouraged to attend the next Culver City Council meeting to voice concerns 

Stoneview Calendar Update

• August 2015- Plan Check/Permit complete
• September 2015- Mobilization and construction start 
• April 2016- Substantial completion 
• July 2016- Nature center opened to the public 

Friendly Water Reminders 

• Lawn watering is to now to take place 2 days a week
• Golden State Water offers rebates for turning in your turf and installing a drought resistant lawn
