Historical from Mary Ann Greene
 - Mary Anne
left a large tub of papers from her work in the BHA. There are different
topics of interest such as: the acquisition of the scenic overlook, the
proposed power plant in Baldwin Hills, the sewer project proposal, the
proposed bus terminal, minutes and documents from Blair
Hills events and the creation of the Baldwin hills
     conservancy.

 - If there is
interest in organizing, scanning and preserving these documents it would
be greatly appreciated. Please contact Bobbi Gold if you would like to
     volunteer.

Cut through traffic discussion
 - Jon started
discussion on the proposal of placing no right turn 4-7PM signs at the Rodeo E to Lenawee S and
Bowcroft E to Lenawee S corners.

 - The city is
willing to do it after these steps are taken:

 - Get a
consensus of our neighborhood (50% + 1 households need to respond and of
those 75% need to be in favor)

 - Once we have
that Culver City will get a required consensus area in LA and an LA
petition for us to circulate to the businesses on Holdridge,
Bowcroft, and Lenawee north of Blair Hills.

 - Discussion
     was opened to the floor:

 - Newer
members of Blair Hills raised concerns about longer travel time into their
     homes during after school hours.

 - Neighbors
were supportive of the proposals and concerned about growing
     traffic.

 - Neighbors
     proposed a trial run.

 - A committee
to petition the neighborhood was proposed including sending fliers to
neighbors to educate them on the proposal.

 - Please
contact Jon to volunteer to head the committee.

Prop CA measure
 - Jon
presented an argument regarding the measure regarding Culver City Coucil to no longer hire/fire police and fire chiefs,
but let the city manager do it instead.

New Business
